I didn't know where else to put this but for some reason all my PMs are gone..

Has anyone else lost their messages ?

I wanted to reply to some after reading them this morning and now their gone.

Is there some way to recover them since they are not even in the trash can anymore or do I have to click on something to keep them ?

HELP please :help: .... LC :rose:

Wie geht´s dir, meine Schwester?

You may have deleted them. Could be that you pulled the wrong button. I say that because my PMs are all there.

Alles Liebe,

AR

Afternoon Aurora ... :)

Not sure why your PM's are not showing up ... we did have an issue with the server last night and it is possible some info may have been lost. We have not heard from others reporting this as a problem as of yet. Hopefully your new PM's won't have any more problems. Technology ... you got to love it.

While we are on the subject of PM's ... you and all other board members will be most pleased to know that there is no feature that we are aware of in the software back office that allows for reading of PM's which is how it should be. PM's are just that ... Private. :)

Also ... some may wonder if their passwords are visible to the Site Admin Team ... this too is not viewable either. So if you ever lose or forget your password you have to reset it using the password recover feature. Of course you can always change your passwords anytime you wish too.

Hope this bit of info is of help.

Warmly,
PC Admin Team

I just wanted to bring to everyone's attention that along with the reply and delete buttons at the bottom of our PM's, there is also a button marked "Forward".

This is an excellent button, for two reasons.

(1) If someone shares something with you, and it is not private or personal, and you wish to share it with someone else, you can forward it! Yeah!

(2) If someone PM's you a nasty, threatening, or obscene PM, you have the option of forwarding it to our facilitators. Thus, we can protect ourselves from unwarranted attacks. I know someone recently mentioned they got a nasty PM, but they chose to respond to it on a thread. I wanted to let everyone know about the forward button, so they know they have an option if ever they receive an improper PM.

Much love and safety to all!

I think there still may be Server problems. Today when I logged on it said I had a new PM, then I couldn't open it, then it disappeared.

This is good advice. If anyone is rude or abusive they will be warned.
This site is not likely to ban people for a year for a transgression, like someone with their finger on the mighty D'Fing button. Appropriate action will be discussed though. The idea of having many fersillytaters is so we can keep track of what is going on.
No one is reading PM's. How rude to do that! So if someone is abusive in private let the admin know. :grouphug:

When you open a PM for the very first time, be very carefull not to hit the "deny receipt" spot instead of the PM topic. ....they are VERY close together:help:.....Rez
