I everybody:  I am going to start reading the Revelation book once again, but I want to understand it better this time. How should I read it? What should I think of it? What I really want to ask you is this: Do the prophecies contained in that book are fulfilled in a sequential manner? In other words, do the things that happen in the first chapter happen first, only to be followed by the things of the second chapter and so on and so forth? It makes sense to think that this is the way to go but I want to make sure; maybe some of you have a reason to think otherwise.

Thank you very much.
Hi there Terra Nova ...:hibye:

I have a silly question of my own for you ...?

Which Revelation 'book' are you speaking about ...?

The BIBLE Revelation book ...

or

The WT Revelation book ...?

A silly BR with lots of love though ... :sheepy: :bouncyhearts:
I think much is in sequence. The seven seals give sequence and the seven trumpets. Sometimes the same thing is said from a different perspective, e.g. heavenly and earthly, or it zooms in with more detail.

Be careful of reading the red Revelation Climax book, that will truly confuse you.
According to that almost everything applies to the anointed even when it is blatantly obvious it is impossible. There are some out there who must be on an ego trip.

The 24 elders are not the anointed for instance, even using the WT skewed logic that is impossible. I don't think the remaining ones of the womans' seed are the anointed either.

Have fun and try to have no preconceived ideas.
I agree with Vicky that the book is generally in sequence. Since it is based on, and is an expansion of, Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13, I would suggest you read it along with those passages. Revelation (once the vision starts) follows their basic outline.

Jajaja, that was a good one Bruised Reed!!! You are right, I should’ve been more specific. We have to make a distinction between God’ Word and the FDS holy writ. Which one should we believe? Isn’t interesting to see how we’ve been mislead by them? Isn’t shocking to realize how we were under their spell? I can’t believe I was so blind and stupid!!! At times I wonder how is it that I believed so much stupid nonsense. I guess it was due to the awesome job done by the angels of light. The Watchtower’s interpretation of the book of Revelation is nothing but science fiction of the worst and cheapest kind.

Hi Vicky: Nice to see you again, how you’ve been? How is your health? Are you getting better? I hope you are. How are your children?

Thanks Don Bodo, Íll follow your advice.
