As I was laying in bed one night my pen took to walking and I just jotted down whatever came to mind ... :post:
Some were poems ... and then I just free-flowed into what I wrote below.
I left it uneditted so please excuse it if it doesn't make much sense ... :love:
We ask for wisdom from above, however what does that even mean?
How can we come to know such a thing when such is grander and purer than we could ever hope to comprehend?
There is only one way!
A gift that is more precious than gleaming gold or shining silver. A gift given in the spirit of love and sustained in love!
The gift of the Spirit!
This gift from above teaches us about the real value of life, the certainty of the future and the hope that never dies.
May we ask for the gift, receive this gift, and treasure it as of rarest of rarest price and worth!
May we safeguard it with the suit of armor that guards our soul, heart, mind, and strength. For this gift can reside in our most precious organ, our heart, and can play the most melodic tunes which can nurture and resonate throughout our entire body.
Yes, this heart of ours, both literal and figurative, is truly a special gift that not only gives life; but gives feelings, hopes, dreams and love of things both spiritual and physical.
Our unique and precious gift that only gets stronger, lighter and all enveloping for our everlasting the more we sense it, feel it, use it and believe in it!
Yes, this most precious unbreakable cord from our Father’s heart to ours is something that is given freely and boundlessly with nothing expected back except that with which it was given; love!
So, let it bind us to the source of life and light. Let it embrace us through the trials and joys of life.
And may we feel the comfort and safety and assurance that we are indeed loved and wanted children of God!
