Our Bible reading today is some scriptural thoughts on Christian qualities :heartbeat: :rose: :rose:
''I am the true vine; my Father is the gardner. He
cuts off every branch of mine that does not produce
fruit. And he trims and cleans every branch that produces :rose:
fruit so that it will produce even more fruit. You are
already clean because of the words I have spoken to
you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. A branch
cannot produce fruit alone but must remain in the vine.
In the same way, you cannot produce fruuit alone but :rose:
must remain in me.'' John 15: 1-4 :rose: :rose:
''We must not become tired of doing good. We will
receive our harvest of eternal life at the right time if we :rose:
do not give up. When we have the opportunity to help
anyone, we should do it. But we should give special attention
to those who are in the family of believers.'' Gal. 6:9-10 :rose:
''God has chosen you and made you his holy people.
He loves you. So always do these things: Show mercy
to others, be kind, humble, gentle, and patient. Get along
with each other, and forgive each other. If someone does
wrong to you, forgive that person because the Lord forgave
you. Do all these things; but most important, love each other. :rose:
Love is what holds you all together in perfect unity.
Let the peace that Christ gives control your thinking,
because you were all called together in one body to have :rose:
peace. Always be thankful. Let the teaching of Christ live in
you richly. Use all wisdom to teach and instruct each other by
singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with thankfulness in
your hearts to God. Everything you do or say should be done
to obey Jesus your Lord. And in all you do, give thanks to
God the Father through Jesus.'' Colossians 3: 12-17 :rose: :rose:
''Lord, who may enter your Holy Tent? Who may
live on your holy mountain? Only those who are innocent and who do what is right. Such people speak the truth from their heearts and do not tell lies about others. They do no wrong to their neighbors and do not gossip. They do not respect hateful people but honor those who honor the LORD. They keep their promises to their neighbors, even when it hurts. They do not charge interest on money they lend and do not take money to hurt innocent people. whoever does all these things will never be destroyed.'' Psalm 15: 1-5 :rose: :rose:
and very simple and sweet :heartbeat: :rose:
''You are God's children whom he loves, so try to be like him.''
Ephesians 5:1 :rose: :rose: :rose:
goodnight friends--hoping for a wonderful, peaceful, spirit-filled evening for everyone :rose: :rose: :rose:
love you all :heartbeat: :rose: :rose: :rose:
