Yes, the wild beast and the false prophet are hurled into the second death, as the lake of fire is the second death.
And death and Ha´des were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire. 15 Furthermore, whoever was not found written in the book of life was hurled into the lake of fire. Re.20:14,15.
My perspective on the text!
Christ judges, "faithful and true---and carries on war in righteousness" Re.19:11.
He does this with the "long sharp sword of His mouth---and "shepherd's them" with the firm rod of correction. Re.19:15. As a loving ruler "the WORD OF GOD He will exert power--as all things are naked and openly exposed to him with whom we have an accounting." He.4:12,13.
This indicates that during millennial reign of Christ all will have opportunity to have true and righteous direction as to what's is the correct way one is to serve and worship the creator.
In other words all will be able to recognize true religion an follow it if they choose. If not obviously they will not continue living.
“No more will there come to be a suckling a few days old from that place, neither an old man that does not fulfill his days; for one will die as a mere boy, although a hundred years of age; and AS FOR THE SINNER, ALTHOUGH A HUNDRED YEARS OF AGE HE WILL HAVE EVIL CALLED DOWN UPON HIM. Is.65:20. Mankind will have time to prove their loyalty to righteousness as did our first parents.

This scripture in Revelation needs to be tied in with Hebrews 4:12-14.
The word of God is alive.......This is talking about Jesus not the Bible.
For the word of God [is]
quick (alive), and powerful, and
sharper than any twoedged
sword, piercing even to the
dividing asunder of soul and
spirit, and of the joints and
marrow, and [is] a discerner of
the thoughts and intents of the
heart.
Neither is there any creature
that is not manifest in his sight:
but all things [are] naked and
opened unto the eyes of him
with whom we have to do.
Seeing then that we have a
great high priest, that is passed
into the heavens, Jesus the Son
of God, let us hold fast [our]
profession.
So the two edged sword that can separate the soul and the spirit is demonstrating how Jesus is able to judge ones real intentions.
The sword is a symbol perfect judgment.
It does not have to be bloody. What Jesus says is what happens, that is why it proceeds out of His mouth..

The sword is coming out of his mouth.. meaning he:
Is. 11:4 He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth;
with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
Words don't cause blood.. And words are his weapon.

Another point: In order to have your words cut like a knife.. you have to say words that people can hear... not like the Jesus the WT respresents.. invisible and not saying anything anyone can hear.. My thought is his return is as a human man with a birth again just like the 1st coming... and people hear his voice..by means of media..

Please read chapter 11. Take your time, some today some tomorrow, it's very complicated. You can order my book from any book store if you need to.
I used the sword when I researched the material and recorded my conclusions. I want you to get the full impact of my findings. Please look up the scriptures not quoted.
Remember the question is how is the Christ coming what can we expect?
You have stated your possible conclusion I'm sure based on scripture. I have also tried to do that.
I know that you share that prospective, when you found and submitted that scripture confirming what the sword of Christ mouth meant from Is.11:4. You obviously have the spirit of the Beroean's. Ac.17:11.
