Thanks for the update.
I am also worried about the methane that may be dissolved in the water being released by the storm surge.
Like shaking a can of pepsi-cola.

It could possibly cause boats to sink....rather like air in white water from a waterfall that is very difficult to swim in....buoyancy is lost. But if a lot of methane comes to the surface all at once...heaven forbid...even a little spark could cause a hell of a bang.
