I would like to see the actual original picture for verification.
I've seen it in the original. This is what was easily observed. Bruised Reed and I were comparing this picture with another one in the same magazine where the plate was being passed.
It looked as if it had been deliberately altered. And by the way, it was the English version that we looked at. Totally grossed us out!:shocked:

Sometimes it is hard to belief what you think you see ... :huh::confused: your mind doesn't want to accept that something we had viewed as so precious ... :present: the ransom sacrifice of our Lord :heartbeat:and the memorial of it :grouphug:... to see such a blasphemous picture!
But I guess since the whole memorial is celebrated in a wrong way anyway ... should we even be surprised? :cry::dontknow:

Interesting that apparently its in the actual magazine. Well it could have been a young guy having a misjudged laugh. Evil i`m not so sure about that. Does it mean the WT is secretly run by evil people? I doubt it. Ignorant brain washed yea, evil, I don`t see it. Of course there is always the possibility that it was an editing error because no one spotting what it vaguely looked like. These things happen.

Susanna, BR and I checked our single (English) copies together and wondered aloud how we missed it. That issue happened to be a favorite of mine for its second study article. Perhaps I gave too much attention to that study article so that picture slipped by me.
It is only when you get away from the WT-generated brain fog that you really notice some things. After all, we were chastised for seeing images in the magazines and told that we were slandering hard-working brothers in the art department.

Did you share in spreading any such stories? If so, you were—perhaps unwittingly—spreading an untruth, since they were all false. Certainly, the rumor concerning the Society’s publications was harmful, as well as slanderous to the zealous Christians who work long hours producing artwork to make the magazines, brochures and books so attractive. This was as ridiculous as it would be to say that God, in creating celestial bodies, deliberately formed the appearance of a ‘man in the moon.’
There you go. That article squashed any thought that the WT publications had anything wrong with their pictures.

My point Brian is, if the artist was an older man, would it make a difference in your mind? Would you classify it then as evil?
Yea probably. Although i`m sure many here have committed worse sins. Looking at the picture more I think its just how the two pieces have been placed on the plate, because I can just about see the separation line between the two pieces, which I initially couldn't see because of the resolution of the picture.
