I read something awhile back, I believe it was here, about there being a change sometime this year where there would be no more C.O.'s but elders from different congregations would be doing that work. Can't remember all of what it said, but I was wondering if this was true, and when it was supposed to start. I may have read this on another board, I am not sure. I also read that the title of P.O. was no longer going to be used, is that also true?
