I was being sarcastic. I find it interesting, that we just laugh at things that shock as; I ask, is it because they are too sad to cry? Just look at the man would pose himself to make a pic of the women.
I think there is something sadist in this culture. The whole middle eastern and north african region is one of the hottest on earth. So hot that you wish to walk literally naked. Certainly not a part in the world where people should cover themselves from top to bottom. To make things worse, women are dressed in black, men in white. Where did people got this perverse idea?

there is so much teshome we would cry all the time. We almost have to find a way to protect ourselves. I was so sad all last week after reading a news article about 21 chinese babies found in a river--things like that weigh down the heart--but there is so much that if we started recounting all the sad things we run into we couldn't hold it all in--we all wait in great anticipation for that better day :love:

I find it horrible too.
Its like the woman must bare the brunt of the man's inability to control his desires.
And unfortunately, because this had gone on for many generations and now become "tradition" -- there is no way in hell, except for Jesus, that this will ever change.
