Long ago...perhaps even back to Pathways...there were a couple of interesting posts that I would like to share with one of my Christian sisters. One was the frightening ratification of most of the Constitution amendments...to the point of pretty much negating all of them. The other was information regarding the presently "empty" concentration camps across the US and...what are THEY for???

Basically, I try to "get the sense of it" and see things as Jehovah sees them. Actually what happens in the US is just a small part of the worldwide scene. But it does contribute!!
:heartbeat: Hey there sis! Yes, I barely remember the amendment discussion - was it about the laws regarding pretty much total presidential powers that Bush had enacted right after 9/11/01? Those are still in force btw, people have forgotten I think.
That other one I remember better - was on e-w - that stuff kinda freaked me out - concentration camps in the US, empty, but 'ready' - for what?! :shocked: I don't have links, but Googled 'US detainment camps' and didn't get much that was recent - then I had to stop and get off the computer, lol. But if you try Googling different words like 'FEMA camps' or 'US concentration camps', you should come up with something. Same with the other - try different search words and I'll bet you find what you're looking for, eventually, lol. Sometimes it takes me forever to find the right key search word that brings up what I want. And dial-up is SO slow! :computerpunch:
Oh, I just remembered - I watched a short UTube video about a year ago - was suppoedly a female soldier somewhere out west. She made like it was top secret maneuvers she was revealing and mentioned those detainment camps - she said a civil uprising was imminent(within days) and martial law was going into effect very soon(within days) - said to stock up on food & water and warned against taking immunization shots. OK, well, that was a year ago.
Don't let the fearmongers scare you, sis - even though you know as well as I do that there are kernels of truth in some of those 'conspiracy theories', lol! Sift 'n' toss, but don't worry - have faith no matter what - our Father won't desert us, no way, no how! :D

Willa, you are SUCH a sweetie. Thanks for the suggestions...I'll try. I'm usually pretty good at "detective" work. Just thought someone here might have it on the ready.
My sis in the congregation had sent me an e-mail entitled "what if he is right?!" followed by some info by someone comparing this country's current government and Obama to Hitler Germany. So I had to respond and pretty much say what you are saying Willa. There is a much bigger worldwide scenario developing that involves much more than the lil ol USA. I try to get the sense of it and see things from Jehovah's point of view. Then I gave her the examples of the camps and amendments to point out that there's a lot more going on than what most people are aware of. Our president - whether Obama or other - can have the best of intentions. The bottom line is that Satan is behind all governments and only wants us all to be destroyed using government leaders to accomplish that. We will need Jehovah's intervention in order to save even a few...as the Bible says "...no flesh would be saved."
