simple....even a child would understand it. Really Jesus? A child? Uh Huh ya right...Not if it is written down by Apostles in Sheep's clothing. IE (PAUL)...sorry I am here to offend. The Rabbi's know the truth about Saul...the Corrupter.
Hey Stinger; Have you ever asked yourself, "But what if I'm WRONG?" When people do that, they worry more about the rash and unproven statements they make when condemning people who may be loved very much by God. Are the Rabbis you quote greater than Saul?
Hi SW,:hibye:
Jesus was concerned with finding the true faith upon his arrival, not the true Congregation.
However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?" I think our concerns should be the same. What do you think?

Hi all,
I dont believe the "true church" is a set of bullet proof beliefs, nor do I believe that it is those with a set of bullet proof beliefs and I dont believe that the "true church" resides in any one religion, though, it can be found within religion.
I think it comes down to something far more fundamental.
Personally, I think that anyone and anything that is born of the Spirit, or born of God, is part of the true Church.
These are people who hear the calling of the Spirit and are lead out of captivity to the flesh and into a life of faith and love.
And I believe that there are people who fall outside our current parameters of "worthy" who are born of God.
But if we are looking at life with a view of finding 100% bullet proof beliefs, I think we are heading in the wrong direction.
To me, Babylon the Great is everything that is not of God.
So, when you find anything that is of God....there you will find the "true church". ;)
"The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit." -- John 3:8

Beau--This has got to be one of the most beautiful pictures EVER--
What a great and awesome shot-- :heartbeat: wow :heartbeat:
The "operation of Error" is a obvious to the ones who are truly seeking to follow YHWH.
...
confusing dogma or doctrines that lead mankind further away from the True Light.
This means the BIBLE. This means the Torah. This means Koran.
Any book that says it is inspired of God and yet stumbles and divides people is the operation of error.
...Test Every Inspired Utterance.
I personally believe that the Bible has been corrupted. Yahshua or Jesus spoke by the Spirit...he was very clear on what is required of those who will be remembered or be saved. However, in light of the hypocritical actions and fruits of the majority who Preach and teach what the Bible says.....Wake Up.
So simple....even a child would understand it. Really Jesus? A child? Uh Huh ya right...Not if it is written down by Apostles in Sheep's clothing. IE (PAUL)...sorry I am here to offend. The Rabbi's know the truth about Saul...the Corrupter.
To control mankind the Devil has used every trick in the book to get God's people. The book that I am referring to is the Bible...the Torah and the Koran.
.... Revelation 18:4 is absolutely bang on. So the Bible again does hold pieces to the puzzle, so it can not totally be ignored or not studied, it just needs to be put in it's place.
But seriously here friends and family...YHWH wants all of us to lean on him not some book written rewritten sliced and diced....so on and so forth. How do you do this? Prayer. Follow the basic truths...you know them they are supposed to be written in your heart.
....
I was one of Jehovah's Witnesses, but I am now one of the Almighty's activists. Quit witnessing what is going on around you and start taking part of the real life.
Oh yeah... and Eat your Veggies....
Sorry Stinger ... trying to figure out how it is you decipher and decode the corrupt from the inspired ... and how the Torah and Koran are lumped together as being corrupt. To me, the Koran is clearly corrupt and a contradiction to the Torah, despite claims otherwise by those of Islam ... as is the Book of Mormon despite claims of the LDS (which has already been disproven by ex-Mormon archeologists).
But you don't appear to be attached to anything that can be proven inspired. Nor have you proven anything inspired as uninspired. Maybe just opinion? ... whose I don't know but your beliefs seem to be quite Gnostic.
I raised this thread to reveal my personal misgivings over opinions I once held but now confess were in error ... not to attack the very texts that dispel such error. If God were a person to throw puzzle after puzzle at humanity, that would mean only the highly intellectual cryptographers are going to get his drift. Are those the few that Jesus said would be saved? the Da Vinci de-Coders?
I have grandchildren who love puzzles. Maybe that's what Jesus meant in saying, "unless you turn around and become as young children, you will by no means enter into the kingdom of the heavens." (Matthew 18:3)
Or do I detect a certain arrogance that thumbs its nose at everyone who believes there is no completely inspired text without wearing special decoder glasses? Isn't that what Joseph Smith needed to read the golden plates sent to him by the angel Moroni? Was not the Book of Mormon sent to clear up all that became Biblically corrupt? When first asked they will deny this, but that's a whole other subject.
Departing as you have from Biblical theology, would you not be better to take your beliefs to another thread in the controversy room?
Thanks,
sw
Hi SW, Good to read you again :hibye:
I think you're already in it - not a Kingdom Hall or anything like that, but with the sincerity of your heart.
When we speak to our Friends in the Heavens we don't discuss beliefs - Daniel, Ezekiel, Revelation - beliefs don't even enter into a single thing! We just smile and relax in our confidence in Them, let our real love express itself in our spirit more than words. Your prayers meet with mine there, and with Wolfies and Jims and others - isn't that where the congregation of God really is?
Christian love,
