I had a dream this morning about a giant who was very loving to us. I also heard, "The rightwings will take the country back." I got a strong feeling these rightwings were from a supernatural army. Jesus is the giant of all rightwings who sits at God's righthand, and the rightwings are the angels, and the bride.

When I signed in on the computer...This message was waiting for me.

This is the Year of Restoration

"Stand...Stand...Stand and command. Command the wind of adversity to come at your back, no longer at your face; so that it can be a driving force that will drive you into My heart stronger and stronger.

"Command the pain to be changed into a plan, so that that plan will allow Me to change the pain for My gain," said the Lord. "Lift up the past, for I am not a God of waste—but, I am a God of creation. I am a God who gathers up the leftovers. Whether they are insignificant or of great treasure, I gather them.

"Tonight, I am gathering you to My heart to hold you; to breathe fresh on you; to provoke you to enter in to My presence; to provoke you to jealousy, to come after My heart as a passionate lover. For My heart is going to capture your heart. And I will drive out fear, bitterness, regret, pain, rejection, abandonment. I will come as a champion of your heart and drive out all other things of destruction.

"I have come to unchain your heart, your spirit, your mind, even your bodies. I have come to unchain you—for I want the shackles broken, that you will run in My Spirit. Then you will leap and you will fly in My Spirit. You will learn to glide in My Spirit, and then you will have learned how to abide in My Spirit.

"For this will be the year of quick growth. Quick growth. This season of quick growth will also be the season of quickening by My Spirit. I will quicken to your remembrance My Word, My promises, My majesty, My authority. I will quicken to your remembrance, in a split instant, the weapon for the warfare. For I see, standing before Me this night, weary warriors; but, I stand before you this night as a worshiping, warring, wonderful Commander.

"And I promise you this: I will raise you up to command. For you will become My voice, My hand, My feet and My heart. You will remember this as the year of restoration.

This is the Year of Jubilation

"It was spoken forth many years ago: the year of Jubilee, the year of Jubilee! And it only left a deposit of disappointment in the hearts and lives of My people. But I say: This is not the Year of Jubilee—this is the Year of Jubilation! (This is the year) you will learn to exercise the victory. You will learn to enforce the victory. You will see unbelief changed into faith. You will see those hidden sins that have tried to become partners in your bed, so that they would rob you of My sweet fellowship and intimacy. You will see Me come in as a ravished lover. And I will cast down and cast out everything that is not clean.

"For I am going to lie beside My Bride. And as I lie beside her, I will whisper in her ear her orders. And I will stroke her hair. And as I do, I will strengthen her thinking. I will strengthen her heart, her mind, her will. I will strengthen even her spine, for she has been bent over by shame caused by others. But I will strengthen her spine so she will stand strong and know who she is. She will no longer walk with eyes that are cast down, apologizing. But instead, she will carry in her eyes the authority of My eyes, that will cause others to cast away their eyes—the eyes of unbelief, of challenge.

"For I am about to call My Bride to rise up from the bed of apathy; for she has taken herself to bed because of weakness and a sickness in heart. But I am coming to lie beside her, and I shall sit her up, strong. And then, I shall gently stand her and I shall parade her. And she shall march in the parade of the King of Kings. She will carry the sword of My Word with victory, and she will be known as the Bride of Valor.

"Resurrection Will Renew My Bride This Year," Says the Lord

"For I say unto you, you are worthy of My Blood. You are worthy of My death. Now, you will come to understand that you are worthy of My resurrection. For 'Resurrection!' will be the battle cry. Resurrection will renew My Bride this year: Resurrection of multitudes of broken dreams, resurrection of finances that were robbed, resurrection of identity (for My Bride lost her identity and wanted to become anonymous, rather than become belittled).

"You are about to see a giant of a Bride. Get ready to become mobile in My Spirit, for this will be My battle cry. Flex your muscles, My Bride! For this will show the strength of the coming King," says the Lord your God.

In Christ Our King,
New Heart
Hi New Heart.

Do you consider yourself a student of the Eileen Fisher that teaches Schools of Prophecy and Healing?

Whistle
I have to say I had a dream very like this one two years ago. Had some key elements in common and i`m certainly not part of any Eileen Fisher school of prophets. If fact Ive never heard of her. In my case it just happened to me without any asking. I think what new heart has to say is just as worth wile as anything else. The secret is in the interpretation. If Nebuchadnezzar had prophetic dreams I certainly think Christians can. More here have than you may think.
I have had no dreams at all.

I have felt and known this year to be a year of restoration but of what I am not sure.
Re: "More here have than you may think."

It is appropriate that you used the word "may".

You would not want others to think that you have mind reading ability (also), would you?

Whistle
Would be nice!
I knew you would say that...Whistle
Very occasionally I have prophetic dreams, although God usually speaks to me in a different way. Hubby jokes sometimes the only times I shut up for long enough for God to get a word in edgeways is when I'm asleep.

The dreams I've had are usually more personal though, concerning something God is doing in my life (which then impacts other lives)

But God has promised that He will pour out his Spirit on his sons and daughters and they will dream dreams and prophecy. I certainly accept the need for the prophetic in our lives and in our churches today, and it is happening.

Jesus warned us of false prophets, if there are false ones, then surely there must also be true prophets of God, otherwise He could just have said "in the last days, beware of everyone who claims to prophecy because the gift ends here....."
Hi Malkah

Re: "...then surely there must also be true prophets of God,"

Might you have a scripture reference? Where is there scripture insight to watch for/listen to and determine a human to be an agent of/for God?

???
in the end it is about LOVE is it not?

I have heard many testemonies of healing in our current day.

not everything is a trick is it?

Ephesians somewhere, I'll look it up when I've got the kids settled- "It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers,"

If there are still teachers and pastors and evangelists, there are still prophets and apostles in the church.

I'd go with Dueteronomy - that if what a prophet says doesn't come to pass then he's not from God. (I'll look all these up for you in a minute)

Prophecy's just a normal part of the body of Christ. As with anything claiming to be of God we test what we hear or read.

But then, we all prophecy at some point, I do so regularly when I'm praying for someone, I'll speak whatever God is saying over their life. At the end of the day, prophecy isn't fortune telling, it's simply speaking out what God is saying.

As for the big "Thus sayeth the Lord stuff" I don't know, some is dodgy, some isn't. I guess its like with counterfiet money, you don't spend your time studying the false, you learn to become intimately familiar with the real thing then the false is obvious. The more you spend time in God's presence, the more obvious the stuff that isn't of God becomes.

Acts 16:16...

" And it happened that as we were going to the place of prayer, a certain servant girl with a spirit, a demon of divination, met us. She used to furnish her masters with much gain by practicing the art of prediction...."

Why did Paul get sick of it?..."This she kept doing for many days. Finally Paul got tired of it and turned and said to the spirit: “I order you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And it came out that very hour."

Are we to be impressed with and promote like/similar things (prediction (etc.) as being from Holy Spirit?........

Or respond as Paul did!

(Accuracy or seeming benefit to a "powerful work/dream/vision etc." can be impressive...(Moses staff/turned snake devoured priests staff turned snake(s))...

What's wrong with this picture:

Come to me/listen to me....I can (God has given me the power) to prophecy for you.

Come to me/listen to me....I can (God has given me the power) predict for you.

Come to me/listen to me.....I can (God has given me the power) heal you.

Come to me/listen to me....I can (God has given me the power) teach you truth.

How can one avoid drawing attention to themselves when manifesting out of the ordinary "powers"?

Worship in spirit and truth via absolute faith in our Master Shepperd cannot attract attention to personality, imo.

Act 11:28 One of them named Ag'a·bus rose and proceeded to indicate through the spirit that a great famine was about to come upon the entire inhabited earth; which, for that matter, did take place in the time of Claudius.
Act 11:29 So those of the disciples determined, each of them according as anyone could afford it, to send a relief ministration to the brothers dwelling in Ju·de'a;
Act 11:30 and this they did, dispatching it to the older men by the hand of Bar'na·bas and Saul.

Paul didn't get sick of Agabus:

Act 21:10 But while we were remaining quite a number of days, a certain prophet named Ag'a·bus came down from Ju·de'a,
Act 21:11 and he came to us and took up the girdle of Paul, bound his own feet and hands and said: "Thus says the holy spirit, 'The man to whom this girdle belongs the Jews will bind in this manner in Jerusalem and deliver into the hands of people of the nations.'"

You have to take all of the scriptures about Paul in order to arrive at a conclusion about his attitude to people who prophesied future events. Agabus is in the bible and one cant get more attention than that. Of course he wasn't out to impress or be placed into the bible but to do God will. In the first instance recorded in the bible about Agabus it resulted in starving people being fed. God knows all his children by name and he gifts each one different gifts. Its not about self aggrandizement but helping the body of Christ. No point in God giving out gifts if people are not allowed to use them. No one should be impressed with any who have quinine gifts of the spirit. Its to be expected when God is involved with a people that these things happen because they come from God not man.

Jesus did also point out that some with the power to perform great works and prophesy and cast out demons were not his because they were workers of lawlessness. So the way I read it after putting all the pieces together is that powerful works are expected but tell one nothing as to the individual themselves. God will judge them. They may teach truth, they may not. Don`t judge truth by powerful works. Test all things.

God may give someone the power to prophesy or heal or predict but teach truth? Look closer for that one says Jesus, because one doesn't always mean the other. Hence interpretation is a key component in prophetic prediction. Others do that often far better than the prophet themselves. That is also how the early Christians did it most of the time. One gave a prophesy and the others interpreted. It was an inexact science although some were also given the gift to interpret. So the prophesy was owned by them all and no one got greater glory than another. Of course they did except these things were real and that God does use his children to do it.

1Co 14:29 But if there are Prophets, let two or three speak and let the rest judge.
Is there not danger in "indulging in dreams"?

It seems "indulging in dreams" ,imo, is an analysis of a dream as having significance beyond what it is.

Jude:

(8): "In like manner, notwithstanding, these men, too, indulging in dreams, are defiling the flesh and disregarding lordship and speaking abusively of glorious ones."

I understand these scripture to be inspired counsel/warning:

"Yet these [men] are speaking abusively of all the things they really do not know; but all the things that they do understand naturally like the unreasoning animals, in these things they go on corrupting themselves."

In other words, is scripture not indicating that those that "indulge in dreams" "go on corrupting themselves"?

I don`t get the impression that Jude is talking about literal dreams or prophesy at all but rather fantasies. I think the word dream there is used metaphorically. Joseph listened to his dream and saved the life of Jesus as a baby. Was he indulging in dreams?

What about Job:

Job 33:14 For God speaks once, yes twice, though man pays no attention.
Job 33:15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, in slumbering on the bed;
Job 33:16 Then he opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction,
Job 33:17 That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.
Job 33:18 He keeps back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.
