Hi all,

The following video is not for sensible persons. However, I invite you to have a look at it and comment on it. If you are unable to watch it to till the end, stop doing so but I would appreciate if you nevertheless comment how you find it and how long you could watch it. If you on the other hand have fun watching it, don't worry, there is a second part for you. You only need to click on the script "play list". A window will appear with "part one" and "part two". You click at "part two" and the show continues.

Please consider the following points in your comments.

If you enjoyed it; Did you watch part two too? What was funny about it? Would you recommend it to others? Would you show it to your children?

If you couldn't stand it; When did you stopped watching it? Do you think it is cruel in general or are you personally a sensible person who can't stand such things? What do you think of the folks who play such "games"? What do you feel about the animals involved?

Thank you in Advance for your input. And here it is.

Hello Alien Resident :hibye:
I think you mixed up the word ' sensible', instead of using the word 'sensitive' as in some languages the two get confused. :thinking: I haven't had a look at the site you mentioned as I'm too sensitive, :) and know it won't have a good effect on me! Coward that I am!

2 seconds....and that was a waste.

AR,

I watched about half.

Asked myself the question what Jesus Christ would say.

I do remember that Jesus Christ would not risk his own life to prove to Satan that God would save him.

It does seem that the people participating are putting their own health and lives to the test.

Are they also wondering if God will save them?

After surviving an attack by a wild animal this might actually be what they are thinking.

After surviving are they now thinking for a just moment that they are no longer mortals?

Is it for this temorary euphoria that they risked everything?

What about the people watching behind barracades?

Are they thinking the same thing?

I personally think it reflects the present condition of the whole world.

God is being put to the test at everyones expense.

Who is going to survive?

In Christ

Dear Doctor Tesh,

I have a very dear and tenderhearted friend who can't help laughing when someone, for instance, falls down a flight of stairs. She just can't help herself. Aside from that she feels deep pain at the misfortunes of others.

Couldn't watch much of the video. Don't know how much I did watch 'cause I was frantically looking for the "off" button and had to close down the page. It certainly wasn't my cup of tea.

To each his own, but I wouldn't send it to anyone in an email nor would I show it to any child or grandchild of mine, no matter what their age.

I'm curious about your curiosity. How come you decided to post this? Psychological testing, perhaps? :whistle:

Love,
Rez:heartbeat:
Hey Teshome!! :clap:

Hows it going mate? :thumbsup:

Personally, I am still half way through watching the first video....and I think it is EXTREMELY funny!!! I love seeing idiots get hurt, especially when its some ridiculous cultural pastime. Honestly, I dont see the difference between watching this, and watching funniest home videos.

I think this must be from Spain, right? And then, what happens to the bulls after they are done? This is the same country that loves seeing the matador, stab the bull with his swords. Well, all I can say is, the bull-run is the time when the bull's get some payback, for a very stupid, inhumane and idiotic aspect of an ancient cultural pastime.

Ill let you know what I think of the second video soon.

Cheers bro! :friends::friends::friends:

Honestly bro -- they were both the same, and I still think the same thing.

Now, psychologically, how would one decipher my view points.

Personally, I enjoyed seeing people getting hurt. Why is that?

Well, for starters, in my mind, they were not innocent people. They had the intent enough to be that close to the bull and to become a "smart-arse" so that the bull would want to chase after them - mainly, this would be the extroverts in the crowd. Its not like the bull was randomly chasing people in an everyday crowd of people....no....on the contrary, it is a festival, and annual occurance that has been playing for, I dont know how many centuries or millennia, and so, everything that happens during this time is expected to happen. People expect to be chased and hurt -- its all just a wonderful chance for the ego to showcase its bravado.

I like to see justice being done -- and in this case, the bull is the innocent, and the crowd are the guilty. I dont feel sad for any of them. In fact, the worse they are hurt, the more it is funny. One guy looked like he got stabbed 3 times, right in his rear-end-hole -- that was very funny So funny, I had to show my wife, who thought I was bonkers, but agrees with me. And I bet he wont be doing that again.

Its not like the bull has gone into a crowded shopping mall, and is chasing small children or anything. In fact, I saw only adult males in the crowd, so that pretty much explains it really. He is chasing those who want to be chased -- and when they get hurt, who is actually to blame? Certainly not the bull, for it is doing only what it is programmed to do.

I would recommend it to others, only as a showcase of how stupid different cultures can be, in their endevours of what constitutes something be "good" or "right" to do. Every culture on earth has something dumb they do, in the eyes of another culture. Usually these things have been going on for hundreds if not, thousands of years, so there is a whole collective cultural energy keeping it going.

Would I show it to my children? Only if they were able to consciously critique it, and not just let it soak into their unconscious minds as something that occurs as "normal". So, it depends on their ages. Would I show it to Malakhi? No, I probably wouldnt, but maybe a couple of parts....like they do on funniest home videos.

On the other hand, I think it is cruel. I wish that stupid crap like this, involving animals wasnt around, but again, until cultures actually wake up to what they are doing, then there isnt much chance of that happening...think the Japanese and their scientific whaling adventures. Its bloody disgusting!!!! I wish the Americans would send a couple of ICBM's to the Japanese fishing boats.

What do I think of people who play these games? They are extroverts. And extroverts usually display idiotic behaviours.

All in all, it was good to see some idiots getting hurt!! :ok::ok::ok:

Thanks brother!! ;):friends::friends:

Cheers! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
Inhumanity toward animals is,imo, a form of wickedness...

Psalm 5...

" To my sayings do give ear, O Jehovah;
Do understand my sighing.

  Do pay attention to the sound of my cry for help,
O my King and my God, because to you I pray.

  O Jehovah, in the morning you will hear my voice;
In the morning I shall address myself to you and be on the watch.

  For you are not a God taking delight in wickedness;
No one bad may reside for any time with you.

  No boasters may take their stand in front of your eyes.
You do hate all those practicing what is hurtful;..."

Psalm 147:10...

" Not in the mightiness of the horse does he take delight,
Nor in the legs of the man does he find pleasure.

 Jehovah is finding pleasure in those fearing him,
In those waiting for his loving-kindness."

I knew better but I put it on. I think they tried to make it slap stick kind of with the bouncy music but it was not something I could watch--I was cringing and then when the young guy got hung up on the bull's horns I turned it off--

the real difference between this and america's funniest home videos is that they don't show anyone getting hurt--these people were --and it is extrememly traumatic and scarey for the bulls--they go a little bit crazed ...not good for any of them..... :love:

Hey Wolfie!! :clap:

Hows it going mate? :ok:

Thats funny, coz in Australia, they do show people getting hurt. I remember one time watching it, with nothing to do, and then seeing the carnage on the screen, and I couldnt believe what I was watching!

So yeah, the bull run is more hardcore, but, I still think its quite similar to funniest home videos, at least here in Australia.

And, I think its a good thing that idiots get hurt.

How else will they learn? :dontknow::thumbsup::read:

Proverbs 24:15...

" Do not, as a wicked one, lie in wait for the abiding place of the righteous one; do not despoil his resting-place.  For the righteous one may fall even seven times, and he will certainly get up; but the wicked ones will be made to stumble by calamity.

 When your enemy falls, do not rejoice; and when he is caused to stumble, may your heart not be joyful,  that Jehovah may not see and it be bad in his eyes and he certainly turn back his anger from against him.

 Do not show yourself heated up at evildoers. Do not become envious of wicked people.  For there will prove to be no future for anyone bad; the very lamp of wicked people will be extinguished.

 My son, fear Jehovah and the king. With those who are for a change, do not intermeddle.  For their disaster will arise so suddenly, that who is aware of the extinction of those who are for a change?

 These [sayings] also are for the wise ones: The showing of partiality in judgment is not good."

Whatever bro, they arent my enemies, but they are idiots -- my heart rejoices whenever idiots get hurt. I rejoice because hopefully, it means an end to their part in stupidity.

Like I said....how else will they learn? :dontknow:

Sometimes people need something "bad" to happen, before they learn.

But, some people dont....so, what are you gonna do? :funnyface::thumbsup::D
