Query, how does one put a quote in a reply?
Put a quote in a reply.
Several methods. Write something......highlight it (with the right finger clicked on the mouse moving the cursor) then hit the little box with the speach bubble. This will surround what you have written
with quote on...... [ quote] and quote off...... [ /quote]
(There is deliberately an extra space otherwise this would not show up in the main text)
If you want to quote another poster, instead of hitting the larger NEW REPLY button on the bottom left, hit the smaller reply button at the bottom right of the posters text. The whole of the post will appear, but you can edit out anything not needed and just quote the relevant bits.
Have a practice, if you have any problems pm me.
