:heartbeat: Ephesians 4:26
BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger,

Psalm 4:4
Tremble, and do not sin; Meditate in your heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.

Psalm 119:11
Your word I have treasured in my heart,
That I may not sin against You.

When someone upsets us, the best things to do, even though it might be difficult when we're raw with emotion, is pray about it and read in God's word. It's only human to feel anger and maddening frustration sometimes, but God tells us how to overcome it before it overcomes us and damages us spiritually.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
So by 'prayerfully meditating' on those printed treasures that are designed to lead us by Their spirit, we draw ever closer to our Father and His Christ, keeping ourselves in the Way of love and forgiveness. :heartbeat: Yeshua used well many opportunities to illuminate these foremost of God's commands ---

''And forgive us our sins, For we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation." ( Luke 11:2-4 - also Mrk.11:25; Mt. 6:12-15, 18:21-35; Lu. 7:40-50)

"To err is human, To forgive, divine!"

Ephesians 4:31, 32
Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.

Colossians 3:8
But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth.

James 1:19, 20
This you know, my beloved brethren But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; for the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God.

Romans 12:9-21
Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality.
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.
Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.
Be of the same mind toward one another; do not be haughty in mind, but associate with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation.
Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is right in the sight of all men. If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men. Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY," says the Lord. BUT IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, FEED HIM, AND IF HE IS THIRSTY, GIVE HIM A DRINK; FOR IN SO DOING YOU WILL HEAP BURNING COALS ON HIS HEAD."
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

:heartbeat:Lots of love to you ALL,
in Christ,
Willa
