...so would I iso. I'm sure Anthony will be glad to explain after he detaches his tongue from his cheek! However, I'm sure we get his drift! ;)
The rat
the scorned one
who was the looked down upon by man and beast
who was rejected by his family
who had the gift of discerning rat poison
and was moving forward
because he was not scared of dying
to be true to his calling
to provide good food
and when the time came
did not choose to make an elaborate gourmet dish
but instead prepared a simple peasant dish of such beauty
that it cracked a heart of cold, stone
and when all others didn't believe
and abandoned the kitchen
he believed
and did not think it strange
or crazy
but understood
the message of the book
and provided the following testimony to the entire city
"The world is often unkind to new creations"
 Greetings fellow slaves!!
Hows it going mateys? I thought I would share some more thoughts from a book im reading, entitled -- Eternity, the ultimate mystery, by Adrian Kebbe (the 70 cent one I got at the Op shop!). Its got so many basic things, that for myself, are very important to remember, especially when the rabbit hole of existence tends to suck ya in! Here is some more >
1. I DONT HAVE ENOUGH FAITH - BUT the truth is that even if the amount of faith you have is as small as a mustard seed, Jesus says it is enough not only to save your life but to move mountains. It is not the amount of your faith but the object of your faith that is of utmost importance!
2. IM TOO GREAT A SINNER - BUT Jesus has never turned away any sinner, no matter how bad, who has come to Him in faith and repentance. At this very moment His nail-pierced hand is outstretched inviting you to come to Him and get rest for your weary soul! ;)
3. I DONT UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING - BUT no-one in the history of the world, apart from God, has understood everything. Thats why He calls us to humbly come to Him like little children, not trusting in our own understanding but trusting in Him. :friends:
4. I COULD NEVER LIVE THE LIFE JESUS WANTS ME TO LIVE - BUT what is impossible for man is possible with God: when we believe we receive His Spirit, that enables us to live in the way Jesus commands. Just as no person begins to walk and talk as soon he or she is born, so it is when you begin to follow Jesus. As a spiritual baby you take one step at a time, but it is by His strength! :peace:
5. I HAVE TO CLEAN UP MY ACT FIRST - BUT because it is impossible for us to clean up our act apart from Him, Jesus tells us to come to Him as we are and He will wash us clean. No-one has ever deserved to be saved. If it was deserved, it would no longer be by grace! :yahoo:
6. I DONT HAVE THE DESIRE TO REPENT - BUT Jesus never said, "Repent if you desire to" -- He just said, "Repent!" We do many things every day that we dont desire to do, like getting out of bed every morning, to go to work, but we have to do it. How much more important is it for us to repent? If you wait until youre ready -- youll be waiting forever!
:yahoo: GO JESUS!! :yahoo:
 "Consequently he is able also to save completely those who are approaching God through him, because he is always alive to plead for them." -- Hebrews 7:25
 Hey Christian Crown!!
 Thank you for shining brother!! And thanks be to God who loves us sinners so much that He would send His Son!! Amen in Faith!!
Reading the scriptures, feeling His Spirit speak through His Thoughts, both in the Bible and in Creation itself -- it testifies to His existence, and also His care for us, His human creation! His Will for mankind, is truly to align themselves within His Righteous Intentions -- for this current Age, it is to put Faith in the only means of salvation -- Faith in Jesus Christ!
We get glimpses of how things used to be -- and of how things can, and will be -- and what Reality will be like, once it is all brought to the Light! Paradise!!
The Life of Christ is like a pod, that our Life Force can be made to come into -- the resonance of it fulfills the Law -- for it is LOVE!!! We are all one in Christ -- we are all one, in our true nature!!
:friends: "20 For his invisible [qualities] are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable;" -- Romans 1:20 :friends:
:hug:11 “‘For I myself well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward YOU,’ is the utterance of Jehovah, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give YOU a future and a hope. 12 And YOU will certainly call me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to YOU.’
:peace: 13 “‘And YOU will actually seek me and find [me], for YOU will search for me with all YOUR heart. 14 And I will let myself be found by YOU,’ is the utterance of Jehovah. ‘And I will gather YOUR body of captives and collect YOU together out of all the nations and out of all the places to which I have dispersed YOU,’ is the utterance of Jehovah. ‘And I will bring YOU back to the place from which I caused YOU to go into exile.’ -- Jeremiah 29:11-14 :peace:
:yahoo: 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor freeman, there is neither male nor female; for YOU are all one [person] in union with Christ Jesus." -- Galatians 3:28 :yahoo:
 Hey Joyful!!
 Hello there buddy!! How are you? I am really enjoying your comments, as they speak from the heart!
Please understand that your comments are much appreciated by your fellow slaves in Christ here on this board -- they are sincere, honest, humble and reflect a Light, that I am sure brings honour and glory to Jesus, and our Father Jehovah God! Simplicity is often something that is missing in todays complex world -- Jesus and Paul said much about being simple with regards to our outlook in life, our attitudes, and our very nature!! (Matthew 6:22-23, 33-34, 1 Timothy 6:7-8).
We can have our perspective, perception and indeed, our life simplified -- when we do as you have done -- and that is, gain an overall understanding of what Gods Word has to say on matters, and gain discernment that is God-trained and God-certified!! (Phillipians 1:8-11, 2 Timothy 3:16-17).
I really like what you have written, with regards to how youve come to understand ones "inner voice"! I see part of it as being Instinct -- or more specifically, the Instinctual facet of our Life Force! I believe that this could also be called Conscience, and is something that our Father has placed inside all of His creation! (Romans 2:12-16). I do see more than this though, I also understand ones "inner voice" to mean the voice of the Spirit -- Christs voice! (John 10:3, 16). Listening to Christ entails all the basic tenants of becoming a Christian -- another very important one is to impale the flesh, and to live by the Spirit -- the "inner voice"! (Romans 8:12-14, Galatians 2:20)
By diligent attention to our Christian walk, the life course of our Lord and King Jesus Christ, and everything that our Father is doing in our lives -- the "inner voice" -- we literally become who we were intended to be, all along -- and that is made into something new -- a new creation -- stripping off the Old personality and putting on the New personality -- being made new, gradually being made into the image of Love, according to Gods Will and His Righteousnes!! (2 Corinthians 3:18, 5:17, Ephesians 4:20-24, 1 Peter 1:3, Titus 3:5-7).
 Awesome, isnt it? So, Sis Joyful, please dont ever think your thoughts, words, or feelings are something unworthy of sharing -- because I can assure you -- the Truth is also quite simple -->
:yahoo: YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH FOR JEHOVAH AND JESUS!! :yahoo:
:peace: YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH FOR LOVE!! :peace:
