Joe, I printed this beautiful artwork today and had my son fetch a proper frame for it. I put it near my wife's chair in the parlor. She gazes at it and it brings such a glimmer in her eyes. This is very special. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Brother -

I am so sorry to hear about your wife. My prayers are with you and your family. My sister was just diagnosed with MS and it is progressing very rapidly. She is not doing very well, so I know how important it is to have some support around you. Again, my prayers are with you and your family. There are so many wonderful brothers and sisters here who love are care about you.

Grateful, yes we are amazed and very happy indeed to see this sparkle in her eyes. She touches the picture and smiles. We thank God.

You said... My wife has been diagnosed with alzheimers disease and doesn't seem to be aware of her surroundings or remember her family and friends by face or name. This is a very sad situation for our family.

I wanted to ask you, does your wife drink diet sodas? My dad had alzheimers disease , but he was drinking alot of diet sodas for years..and started losing his memory. He went off them, and remembers things again.

I hope and pray for you.

New Heart, interestingly enough she has always been consuming diet colas of various kinds. Thank you for sharing this. I'll mention this to her doctor Friday.

I've read your thread over the last few days and just haven't been able to write any words. We all know stress, sadness, grief, etc...all of them different chemical and physical reactions going off inside of us. When your pain is heard by other members of Christs body, we all groan with your pain. Of course, I don't want to add any more grief; but rather, an acknowledge of our human plight.

I can't wait for the new song to ring in union with all of mankind, instead of the dots and dashes of morse coded holy spirit. Satan and the demons trying to prevent our relief and release of pain and suffering by blocking the song and the spirit. Nasty little critters!:rant::D

Reach out as often as you want. We all need :hug:each other:grouphug:. And when things get better, or when one has a cause for rejoicing we:drinking:rejoice together, again!

She is doing well this morning. We have an appointment with her doctor tomorrow for some kind of "analysis and checkup".
