The problem with that is.
If any of them were taken seriously it would put me in the drivers seat.
And I have had more hands on in this life then I care to have.
It's not because I am afraid of taking the lead. IT is becuase I have come to understand God's problem just a alittle.
God's problem is we as a whole lack trust in him. we lack faith also and we lack the sense as a whole to know that
we need to have him in our lives to guide and direct us.

I would love to work within bicycle distance from my house to save gas.
but the reality is I cannot make the amount of money to pay my house taxes / mortgauge at any job in my local area. forget about food /gas /clothes.
we are just not smart enough to know what the out come of any of our ideas to fix the problem will do.
who would have thought that being more efficient at growing food and having better heath care would be part of the problem?
maybe we all need to get out of the cold climates that would save a bunch of money on heating? just kidding.
then we would cut more of the forests down to build the new houses and fuel would be spent to transport the materials to the locations.
but for real we would need to undo our "advancements" in order to even curtail the problems we face.
Our drive to have total survelance and everyone online is going to make things worse not better.
We are consuming machines and we have become so ravenous for energy that

WE have only one solution unless we are heartless and want to kill billions of people.
We need the rule of a righteous king and Yashua is needed badly.
Religion aside we need a Moral compass that people are willing to follow.

no one rule can fit every situation and every person / animal alive.
His creation can and does have deviations. some people have two heads, some have multiple genitalia, some share a body.
some don't believe in eating meat, some think that killin a bug is wrong. some people are happy with polygamy.
Where is the middle ground? And is it wrong to have our "OWN rights" stepped on.
I laugh at the Idea of free will and rights cause we have very little of either of them based on the thousands of laws.

Solar water heaters are a great start, here in the usa the tankless gas heaters are work great.
We could put the animals back to work to spin generators and make some electric. They would be able to help mow the grass we could move them around from area to area to keep it cut.
we could hook all the exercise machines up and make some electric.
these are just a few.
water colection and run off from buildings and street drains could make water reserves as well as elecetric.
Not many want to work where i live. So I think it would be a hard pressed resolution.

I didn't visit the threads, sorry. I'm depressed enough as it is. I think that Jehovah and Jesus have to run us to the brick wall, or let satan run us to it.
I believe, you TD, when you say that we just don't have enough faith. Its going to take LOTS faith to get us through our trials and tribulations. I've been railroaded, and yet, lack nothing. Its impossible for me to survive, and yet, divine intervention always creates a way out. Even when I've created woes for myself.
The computer, great tool and yet, does it lead to our doom? We'll see, won't we?
Just keep praying. I use earplugs a whole lot. Can't be bothered by outside noises. BTW, I may be writing through a virus or flu. Not feeling very well. Hope you are all well. It not unusual for a virus to run through the family second/third week of school.

I'm trying to keep up pace and get ahead, just in case the kids need me or I get sick. So I'm working on work due at the end of the first week of Sept. now. You can work at your own pace online. I hope to finish the semester by the end of Oct, at least with one class and then mark them off one by one.
I think Remington is heading for a major bad time. It seems that he has no homework. I give it two weeks before he has a school malfunction. Right now, I'm encouraging him to bring work and share with me. I offer study techniques and have shown him how I do flashcards for Sociology. My kids think I'm a dork. I'm just old school JW and grades reflect on Jehovah, blah, blah, blah...Rem seems interested in my studying and then thinks about it, and rests on not doing it. I watch his brain think and body movements.
As for the end, it will be too soon for our fears and not soon enough for our happiness.
BTW, I'm on notice for work. So, I may be joining the jobless on top of everything else. It almost makes me laugh. Satan just loves to make things tumble. Oh well, the best is when I'm safely protected through it all.:love: I've been broke before, oh wait, I'm always broke. LOL.

I know that you will be ok. maybe alittle brusied but ok. it seems to me that evrything is about Faith/trust.
We are admonished to LOVE our brothers/sisters yet I think many don't understand what it means.
WE are warned that we cannot LOVE GOD if we do not LOVE those whom we can see.
I have found we only repeat the trials that we didn't get the point of. I could be wrong and maybe it is just me.
we need to focus on the bright future and not the nowof life. Live like you will live forever. IT is better to build a slow stead strong foundation then to build with shoddy workmanship that will be blown away.
With faith we have plenty of time.

I am a bit more optimistic. I think we will develop a new energy source soon. Perhaps fusion, or cracking water cheaply for Hydrogen and Oxygen as fuel. Solar and wind is promising also.
But nothing will solve the Human problem!
I think our basic problem is that we are locked into a 4 dimensional reality making it very difficult to see anything outside of our little box.
Science is on the eve of proving the existence of higher dimensions.
Up till now, only spiritual people of faith can imagine the other worlds of God, angles and "Heaven". Soon, I think, people in general will become aware that we are not alone; there is more in existence then just our physical Universe.
Perhaps this awakening will be the beginning of the promised Kingdom that we pray for.
There has to be a fundamental shift in the paradigm of human nature.
The Bible sure seems to indicate this will happen.
When that happens, people will be more concerned, not with whats good for them, but whats good for all. :heartbeat:
They say that the processing power of computers doubles every 4 years.
That is why a cell phone now has more power then the Moon ships had.
At that rate, which is 17.5 % increase per year, with a doubling rate of every 4 years, everyone will soon have the capacity to understand very complex concepts and solve unknown problems.
After computers reach their "critical mass" of evolution, humans will easilly be able to make the "jump" to a higher awareness, and computers will no longer be necessary. We will all be connected with each other , as well as our creator.
Imagine being able to interact with any one in the world, just as easilly as we do now face-to-face.
The present "world wide web" is but a shadow of what in store for us.

I am not a complete pessimist. As i believe things will be the way they are to prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that we need our father.
Not because he has an hugh ego but because the majority of men do!
HE says in the scripts "if you would only humble yourself" to us..
and seeking him is the begining of wisdom.
out of 6 billion or so people how many would you think are actively seeking him?
I am guessing a single digit percentage. that is why I think we will not make it to "see the possibility's" before we see hugh problems. Considering if we apply this idea of exponential numbers to the following.
Pollution, our food sources, lack of love for fellow humans, lack of funds for the common man to make a decent living.
Do you know what percentage of this world holds most of it's wealth?
I am thinking about more then just oil .

Did you know that since the advent of machine code we now have here in america children who do not know how to give correct change from a dollar?
Yet these same children are almost as computer literate as people who do it for a living?
A computer and its programing are only as good as the MIND behind it.
The minds that have no life experience, barely common sense, have not done a hard days work in their life.
Only know how to listen and take orders and not think for themselves.
Have you ever thought of things this way?
People can know just enough to become very dangerous? not even knowing the reprocusions of their actions?
Did you know that with all this out sourceing we now have an army of programmers and techs that only can reguritate what they have been told by companys that teach? and when set to the task of thinking out side the box they are like deer in head lights? first hand exp..
My point is all the computer advances are only as good as the MINDS that build them and those who pass the info on "teach them"
What if those people are lacking morals, what if they lack compasion, what if they seek fame or advanced knowledge only.
Will They cover up any mistakes in the computers logic?
Did you know that to truely understand the inner workings of anything you MUST know how it began? and the absolute simplest building block.
I have just realized after typing all this that we are at a place SATAN may have been at within our Fathers creation. he was shown the how to do's yet lacked the understanding of the why's and how all things began. which could have led him to become puffed up with pride in front of the other heavenly hosts.
So in his own arrogance he may have thought He could fix things!! Make them better given time..
HE TOO may have taken GOD out of the process as many have done today.
