Gird yourselves, and be shattered to pieces! :rose:
Plan out a scheme, and it will be broken up!
Speak any word, and it will stand, for God is with us! :rose:
For this is what Jehovah has said to me with
strongness of the hand, that he may make me
turn aside from walking in the way of this people, :rose:
saying:
You men must not say, ''A conspiracy! respecting all
that of which this people keep saying, 'A conspiracy!''
and the object of their fear, nor must you tremble at it. :rose:
Jehovah of armies--he is the One whom you should treat
as holy, and he should be the object of your fear, and he should
be the one causing you to tremble. :rose:
And he must become as a sacred place, but as a stone to
strike against and as a rock over which to stumble to
both the houses of Israel, as a trap and a snare to
the inhabitants of Jerusalem. :rose:
And many among them will be certain to stumble and to
fail and be broken, and to be snared and caught.'' :rose:

These scriptures of today's text and chapter emphasize that Jah is our rock and to have real faith
is to see our enemies defeated. Very powerful image :love:

''So know that the LORD your God is God,
the faithful God. He will keep his agreement
of love for a thousand lifetimes for people who :rose:
love him and obey his commands.'' Deut. 7:9
''I will announce the name of the LORD.
Praise God because he is great!
He is like a rock, what he does is perfect, :rose:
and he is always fair.
He is a faithful God who does no wrong,
