Stand firm and see the salvation of Jehovah.--Ex. 14:13 :rose:

Words of great comfort and an amazing expression of faith--just at the right time  Some corresponding scriptures :heartbeat: :rose: :rose:

''After these things the word of Jah came to Abram in a vision,'' saying: ''Do not fear, A'bram. I am a shield for you. Your reward will be very great.'' :rose:

''And he went on to say: ''I am the true God, the God of your father. Do not be afraid to go down in Egypt, for I shall constitute you there into a great nation.'' Genesis 46:3 :rose: :rose:

''Thus on that day Jah saved Israel from the hand of the Egyptians,
and Israel got to see the Egyptians dead on the seashore.
Israel also got to see the great hand that Jah put into action against the Egyptians: and the people began to fear Jah and to put faith in Jah and in Moses his servant.'' Exodus 14: 30-31... :rose: :rose:

''So Moses said to the people: ''Do not be afraid, because for the sake of putting you to the test the true GOd has come, and in order that the fear of him may continue before your faces that you may not sin.'' Exodus 20:20 :rose: :rose:

''Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not gaze about, for I am your God. I will fortify you. I will really help you. I will really keep fast hold of you with my right hand of righteousness.'' Isaiah 41:10 :rose:

''For I, Jehovah your God, am, grasping your right hand, the One saying to you, ''Do not be afraid. I myself will help you.'' Isaiah 41:13

I love these scriptures given at a time when great comfort--and confidence--was needed. To me they are a real lesson in how to get control or to get above your fears in fearful situations. These are scriptures meant to help one compose themselves and find a calm frame of mind again--only then can we be productive and proactive for in my experience fear is paralyzing and crippling. By getting a handle on fear we can be productive and pro-active. Fear disables us--confidence in God and having a calm serenity brings strength--it enables us... :rose:

''Fear not--stand still--
see the salvation of the LORD.'' :rose:

have a wonderful day today friends--the sun is shining this morning here at the top of the world for the first time in days--I Like it :rose:
LOve, love, love you all :grouphug:
