Here is the Watchtower Study Article for tomorrow. It is titled "Jehovah Deserves Our United Praise" and as usual is taken from Br James' thread at the e-JW site.

It is always a difficult lesson and confusing lesson they lay on the friends when they use the Hebrew Scriptures and its Law to frame the Christian Congregation and people's lives. They use an example of a people under a Covenant and have the majority of their members believing they are not in a covenant.
They have switched back in this artilce to claiming the 144,000 are the only ones inheriiting the earth. Which would a Witness believe.

Yes d2, paragraph 14 makes that key point, and as always, they quote their incorrect translation of Rev 5:10.
Hi -e,
Paragraph 14 is interesting for a couple of claims. They say Jehovah delivered these people from false religion but they had all been Bible Students for many years and would remain Bible Students for another decade, so what deliverence are they talking about?

Ah Ha!, That's true! What drastic change took place in 1919 that marked their release from "captivity" by BtG?
The readers are to take it for granted that the release took place, but what was it? Oh yeah, BtG "fell" at that time. Did you notice that in the history books? Did I miss it? I must have been asleep when they covered that in school.
"Paragraph 14, "Their accomplishments during this time of the end can only be attributed to God's power"
Does this also explain the growth of the Seventh Day Adventists and the Mormons, :coffeeread: and other religions?
Oh, wait a minute. The Bible Students were incarcerated largely because of the Catholic church, and when they were released, that indicates that their "bondage" to BtG was over.
How could I forget?

So what about the Bible Students who left the watchtower?:read:
OH... I forgot!! They don't exist!!
Hi L-G, Yes, thats what we were led to believe, that the BS just faded away.

They continued celebrating Christmas and I guess birthdays also for several years after 1919.They also wore wore a cross and crown as a badge of identification for a few more years and thought that the Great Pyramid of Gizeh was God’s stone witness.

we were led to believe that the BS just faded away.
aahhh, but we know now that, -- quite to the contrary, -- within the realms of the religion calling itself "jehovah's witnesses," the "bs" is actually alive and thriving, don't we?
[absolutely no offense to "B/b-ible S/s-tudents" intended. 'tis another kind of "bs" entirely that i have in mind. that is to say, "bovine scatology."] :D
