Revelation Chapter 12
Do not take the words of this chapter literally; it is all symbolic of actions involving the church on earth as it developed during the Gospel Age. It would take twenty pages to explain it here.

Hi Steam
The book of Revelation was written for the Lords day ( not from 1914).
It starts with Christ inspecting Gods Temple separating the weeds from the wheat , The Temple being Gods household of spiritually adopted sons before their being sealed
Rev 7:3 1Pet 4:17
Twenty pages is not nessessary for explaining the 12th chapter of Revelation.
It explaines it self. War broke out in heaven due to the Birth of the Messianic Kingdom,so no more was there room for satans visitations
to heaven to taunt our Creator.
Of course he Satan is furious so he wages war with those remaining ones here on earth, that will co rule with Christ , Rev 12:17

Personally (and I know this may spark some disagreement from some here) I always interpreted Rev 12 as Jesus being reborn again and being taken up into heaven as a man to prepare for the war for which he later returns to fight in flesh for flesh...I'd get into my theories more but I haven't had my coffee yet. :coffeeread:
