Makarios,

Yes, each one is a different account of the same event.

Interesting to see them side by side.

I think the account foreshadows what Jesus Christ will do to Christianity when he returns.

Christianity also has not discerned the time for their being inspected.

Revelation 11:1-4
11 And a reed like a rod was given me as he said: “Get up and measure the temple [sanctuary] of God and the altar and those worshiping in it. 2 But as for the courtyard that is outside the temple [sanctuary], cast it clear out and do not measure it, because it has been given to the nations, and they will trample the holy city underfoot for forty-two months. 3 And I will cause my two witnesses to prophesy a thousand two hundred and sixty days dressed in sackcloth.” 4 These are [symbolized by] the two olive trees and the two lampstands and are standing before the Lord of the earth.

Luke 19:44-45
and they will dash you and your children within you to the ground, and they will not leave a stone upon a stone in you, because you did not discern the time of your being inspected.” 45 And he entered into the temple and started to throw out those who were selling,

Matthew 24:38-39
and they took no note until the flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be.

Matthew 13:41-43
The Son of man will send forth his angels, and they will collect out from his kingdom all things that cause stumbling and persons who are doing lawlessness, 42 and they will pitch them into the fiery furnace. There is where [their] weeping and the gnashing of [their] teeth will be. 43 At that time the righteous ones will shine as brightly as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Let him that has ears listen.
