The video is showing a phenomenon associated with H.A.A.R.P......a diabolical ionosphere super-heater built by the Pentagon's D.A.R.P.A subsidiary that is suspected of causing the recent very deadly earthquake in China, among other things...:shocked:

It is the same technology suspected of causing the Tunguska crater, that may have been an experiment gone awry by Tesla himself.....

Hello Jesh,

I think it is a divine presence.

I also think the "T" word was a divine presence as the same cloud and manifestations were seen by the eyewitnesses.

BTW there was no "T" crater.
