PORNEIA
PORNEIA is a word that Jesus used at Mt 5: 32 “But I say to you, that every man that leaveth his wife [that every man that shall leave his wife], except (for) [the] cause of fornication, maketh her to do lechery, and he that weddeth the forsaken wife, doeth adultery.†This word is also used by Jesus in Mt 19:9 “I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery."
The same word PORNEIA is used in the book of Revelation 14:8 “A second angel followed and said, "Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great, which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries."
PORNEIA has also been used to describe how the kings of the earth also commit PORNEIA with the woman Babylon the great. So both the kings of the earth and the woman commit PORNEIA .
PORNEUO has a slightly different meaning in that it is used to express literal fornication Mark 10:19 says “ You know the commandments: 'Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony, do not defraud, honor your father and mother."

1. illicit sexual intercourse
a. adultery, fornication, homosexuality, lesbianism, intercourse with animals etc.
b. sexual intercourse with close relatives; Lev. 18
c. sexual intercourse with a divorced man or woman; Mk. 10:11,
2. metaph. the worship of idols
a. of the defilement of idolatry, as incurred by eating the sacrifices offered to idols
The Insight book ...page 642 says.†As shown in the article FORNICATION, however, the term “fornication†is a rendering of the Greek word por•nei´a and includes all forms of illicit sexual relations outside of Scriptural marriage. Hence, Jesus’ words at Matthew 5:32 and 19:9 mean that the only divorce ground that actually severs the marriage bond is por•nei´a on the part of one’s marriage mate. The follower of Christ may avail himself of that divorce provision if that is his desire, and such a divorce would free him to marry an eligible Christian.—1Co 7:39.
Notice they acknowledge all forms of illicit sexual relations outside of Scriptural marriage. They also say “the only divorce ground that actually severs the marriage bond is por•nei´aâ€
Are we to assume then that Jesus was including Spiritual fornication? By using the word por•nei´a Jesus is not disqualifying Pagan Idolatry or a prostitution with a religious Organisation (like the Watchtower) that would take over the role of the spiritual head. Yes this is a form of por•nei´a denoting unfaithfulness to one’s head, spiritual adultery or por•nei´a
The Head of every man & woman is not a religious Organisation but rather Christ, and only Christ.
Spiritual adultery
Jer 3: 7 And after her doing all these things I kept saying that she should return even to me, but she did not return; and Judah kept looking at her own treacherous sister. 8 When I got to see that, for the very reason that unfaithful Israel had committed adultery, I sent her away and proceeded to give the certificate of her full divorce to her, yet treacherously dealing Judah her sister did not become afraid, but she herself also began to go and commit prostitution. 9 And her prostitution occurred because of [her] frivolous view, and she kept polluting the land and committing adultery with stones and with trees; 10 and even for all this her treacherous sister Judah did not return to me with all her heart, only falsely,’ is the utterance of Jehovah.â€
