We are currently trying to backup and preserve the database as it is almost full. We have programmer who had kindly volunteered to help to move the database to another server so as to maintain the posts and content. If you have any content that you would like to preserve we encourage you to save a copy of the posts you wish to save to be sure to be able to repost should this become necessary. We hope this will not be an issue. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

And here I thought I was on Deep Space Nine
The goal is to preserve the database and all the posts.
We hope we don't lose anything re archives but as we all know sometimes technology does not always cooperate. Lets hope it does. We have successfully download the database in its entirely as of yesterday.
We were hoping our database would be upgraded to unlimited but it is only at 100 mb which is now at 98 mbs ... so if the board goes down we will get it up as fast as possible so please bear with us and the delay.

Great News ...
We now have the database on another host and it is now set to very large so we don't have to worry in theory about it closing down.
A big round of applause goes out to Lagi Pittas from the UK who was kind enough to donate his skill, time and space for the database.
