Well I know sometimes when we witness to people we get a little down if after a year or two we don't see any results. Here my own personal story that will hopefully encourage you.
When I was 7yrs old my best friend Jamie asked me if I would like to come to his house everyday for a week his mom and a couple other ladies were having a little bible school class. So I asked my mom and she let me go.
At the end of the week you got a certificate. Well my mom is real good at keeping things and a few years back she sent a bunch of things of mine and that certificate was one of them.
So I placed the certificate on the wall in our recording studio where various other awards are. One day during a recording session the artist was wandering around reading the things on the wall, when he saw the Bible school certificate. He mentioned that the group that put the material together was still around and the next time I was back in my home town I should look them up. He also gave me the name and phone number of a guy from Mississippi who moved to this northern Ontario town and was an Elder at a church up there.
So 2yrs ago I called him and it turned out he had been witnessing to my brothers Son for 3-4yrs. That summer we drove home to see my parents and when we got there we found out my dad had a heart attack and was in the hospital. So we rushed down there and I spent what we all thought would be his last night in the hospital with him. By morning he had come around but was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer ( He still alive today Praise the Lord!!!

While we were there we decided to visit the church the Mississippi guy went to while there a man asked me how I came to know the Lord. I said I first heard about Jesus at a bible school in the Home of a lady named Elsie Nott that lived way out in the country and he probably wouldn't have known her. He stopped me at that point and pointed to three men ( one was the Mississippi guy Joe) and said for almost 50 yrs. Sy Nott held a church service in an old age home and when he passed away these guys took over for him and every Monday night one of them pushes Elsie Nott to the service ( as she is now in that home)
Well a few months later I return home to see my Dad. The first monday night I was there Joe and I went to see Elsie and bring her to the service Joe introduced like this " Elsie I want you to meet a seed you planted almost 40yrs ago " we
each other and she remembered me after all that time ( even though parkinson's had her in very poor health ) we wheeled her down to the service and I played and sang my heart out as I testified to all how the Lord had reunited the teacher and the student!!! And one day free from all those physical problems we will meet again with " The GOOD Teacher "
