hi, matt! :hibye: regarding the alleged pagan associations, i just love what gus used to say:

where did the pagans get the things they used?!?

it was god's creation first, right?

only "Religion" seeks to make issues where none need exist.

your friend and brother, ... iso...
Thank you so much for bringing this one up Brother Iso, and you too e-m for posting it in the first place...

It really cements what I sensed a long time ago....that the Jewish Holidays are still holy to God and acceptable to Him. It's the opposite of the abomination that Christianity has become.

The Festival of Lights certainly seems holy to me. So do the rest of the Jewish Festivals....

Imagine if some of the Torah Jews would somehow accept Yeshua as their Messiah, and return to Israel...it sure would make some sense out of some things in prophecy that we have no basis to take away under "Replacement Theology"...

As for the Christmas tidings, Jesus directly pinpointed "Santa Claus" in the book of Revelation, and from reading about the Illuminati, they have a serious affection with mistletoe for use in their rituals, seems to give them great powers...

And then, God had something to say about Christmas trees...

Jeremiah 10:3 For the customs of the peoples are just an exhalation, because it is a mere tree out of the forest that one has cut down, the work of the hands of the craftsman with the billhook. 4 With silver and with gold one makes it pretty. With nails and with hammers they fasten them down, that none may reel. 5 They are like a scarecrow of a cucumber field, and cannot speak. Without fail they are carried, for they cannot take any steps. Do not be afraid because of them, for they can do nothing calamitous and, what is more, the doing of any good is not with them.”

I think I'm gonna pick myself up a Menorah in Wal-Mart this year....

Happy Chanukah! :)

Actually, there ain't a Wal-Mart within 25 miles of here (that I know of), and I shopped there twice in my whole life, once because we were on a road trip and my wife needed stuff, and the other time because they had a NY Jets winter jacket on sale really cheap....

I'm actually going to pick one up at Kohl's right around the corner, but I thought some people might not have heard of them, so I picked a "generic" name. They're probably all globalists anyway so what's the dif....:D
