Sometimes I know I’m not the best,
And sometimes I get out of hand,
But then I remember that I’m blessed,
And that every step you have planned.
Sometimes it’s hard to remember how
Much you’ve given to this world,
The hearts you’ve touched,
The lives you’ve blessed
With love pouring from your gentle hands.
Hey God,
Sometimes I wonder still,
Why things are sometimes black and dark
But with my faith I can still see
Everything that you’ve done.
Sometimes the world seems hurt and lost,
Then something simple comes to mind
And I remember that sometimes
Miracles can happen anytime.

Please help me to be
The kind of person who can say
Something to another man
To brighten up their world and day.
