I would like to explain why I chose "joyful" as user name because I was told many times that I should change my user name.

I am joyful because I am Jesus' follower even though my overall opinion of churches are not so joyful.

My life has changed drastically because of Jesus teachings and I have been praising God everyday ever since I became Christian. I have been evangelizing Jesus because I am so grateful for YHWH and Jesus and would like to talk to everyone who are willing to listen. I am joyful everyday because I know Jesus is with me no matter what the circumstances. How can not be joyful in this condition every day?

Thank you YHWH and Jesus for coming into my life.CheerCheerCheer

love, hitomi

hitomi, I'm sorry if I ever misjudged you. I perceive that you are a sensitive person who is easily misunderstood. Jah's peace! e-m

Yes, I imagine your joy in being a Christian, Hitomi. Maybe that's also because you put into practice what you know, and feel. OkThat's good, and will make you feel good as well.Smile Don't change that name, and I hope you will always feel that same joy as you walk ahead in your journey as a Christian.Read

Joyful, for the joy that was set before Jesus, He endured a torture stake. So while you may not always be smiling and giddy, neither was Jesus. His joy was from coming into the completion of his Father's purpose just as those who were commanded when the Festival of Booths was inaugurated, "You must become nothing but joyful." (Deuteronomy 16:15). Jesus was nothing but joyful.

love,
