Hello everyone

I just got back from Okinawa and wanted to report what God had done for those precious Okinawan kids.

I was handing out christian books to the elementary kids in the mornings and evenings but parents and teachers were not happy with what I was doing. So I limited to doing it only evenings which parents did not see me doing it, those kids were so eager to get New Testament and read it.

I believe God's word will grow in those kids because they are so curious and interested to know Jesus. I handed out 420 books with explanation about New Testament and Jesus.

Kids reported to me that they are reading at recesses.

I ask everyone to pray for those kids that Father help them understand as they read it.

That's a very fine report, Hitomi! Jesus said: "Let the little children come to me." He loves them - their honesty and unbiased love and innate goodness. A wonderful work you've done in helping them get to know him through the Word! Children, teens, adults - the world is starved for the truth about God and Jesus!

I was ignored by most high and middle schoolers but those elementary children cheered me up greatly! Young ones are so easy to reach out!!! They even offered me to give the book to their family who love to read.

that is so true Billie--my two little grandchildren are all questions questions--questions and they Love the Bible stories.It is a beautiful thing xxxxxxx

Good for you billi. I hadly talk to adults because most of them are not interested. Try to talk to very young ones,too, like elementaly kids. Even if they are attending church, most of them don't know much about reading the New Testament on a daily basis and they are eager to talk about Jesus too.
