Hi Malkah!

To answer your question, yes, I'm the same Pete. I am still a member of that board but do not post much over there any more.
I have my own Website now and can post what ever I want to post without any hassle.
I get accused of being one of the Burneyets ever time I post there, and what I post is far from what they post on living waters.
Some of the people over there on h20 seem to think that if you can't discredit a person with the truth, then lie. I hope not to find the same over here. What I have read over here is good so for. Everyone seems to have respect their brothers for their own opinion weather they agree or not, and that is the way I feel it should be.
If you would like to see what I’m talking about take a look at h20 and you will see.
My understanding of the scriptures are quite different than what most peoples are, and I can understand why most do not want to believe what I post, but Jesus also came to the earth preaching something different than what the Jews were use to hearing and they said; he must have a demon and tried to kill him several times, and eventually did kill him. Don’t get me wrong here either; I’m not in any way trying to compare myself to Jesus, the Son of God. Anyway, if any one would like to read what my understanding of the scriptures is all about, go to http://roadtojehovahskingdom.com and you may see I’m not the normal round or square peg that most are. So, lets face it, some people are different? And by the way, the “two witnesses” are: JUDA AND JERUSALEM. The scriptures pertaining to this subject was fulfilled prior to the destruction of Jerusalem.

I hope to have many discussions with a lot of you here and hope we will all learn a lot from each other.
Thanks to all of you for your worm welcome, and may the best things happen to you only all the time!!!

Pete

Howdy greengopete,

Greetings and welcome.

Re: "And by the way, the “two witnesses” are: JUDA AND JERUSALEM. The scriptures pertaining to this subject was fulfilled prior to the destruction of Jerusalem."

Making a statement in this manner, is sure to elicit questions and or comments. ( Personally, to see a "imo" acronym at the end of a sentence like this would be considerate to those that are in a mode to question, rather than gulp down and accept as fact.....grin)

Christian love,

Hey greengopete!

I took a look at your website and have a suggestion or two to help you to be more comfortable here.

Your style seems to be essays. Probably your posts would be most at home in the research-essay section of the board. The rest of the board is designed more for conversation, where the posts would be expected to be a bit shorter to allow a free flow of conversation instead of overuse of scroll wheels.

When we express something as our opinion then we can expect it to be treated respectfully. When we express our opinion as fact, then we can expect to be challenged. :D

Having read some of your opinions on your website, I believe you will be challenged to prove your points.;)

Take care Pete,
Rez:hibye:

Welcome Pete

This could be interesting!!

Yes this is a discussion board, so would welcome you for discussion.

Copy and paste stuff, and links to another site is not discussion. Scripturally backed up thoughts are appreciated, as is good logical reasoning power.

Another good tip is to avoid referring to yourself as, "God's Earthly King", "Son of Man", "the Christ", "the Lamb", and "the Messiah". Such expressions are bound to trigger our collective anti-Christ sense as will also the denial of the value of Jesus' sacrifice.

Hi Rez
Thanks for the information on how the board is laid out and the suggestion on where to post. I agree with you on keeping the information short, otherwise too much info can be boring and one looses interest.

I usually do not speak using opinionated statements, but when I do I try to always note that this is only my opinion.
As for as being challenged that's not a problem with me since what I understand is most always going to be different than anyone else’s Understanding, I have come to expect it. Some times this serves as a way to promote dialogue.
As for as proving my point; I try my best to explain the scripture understanding so an individual will get God's point, my point really doesn’t matter!

Have a nice evening.

Hi Anthony

Would you please point out to me exactly where it is that I (Greengopete) referred to myself as "God's Earthly King", "Son of Man", "the Christ", "the Lamb", and "the Messiah?
I believe you must have me mixed up with someone else. I have absolutely nothing to do with a certain false prophet that DOES state that he is all these different entities.
I have stated that I do have insight with understanding, and I can prove that statement also. It will cause you some time digging into the scriptures though, so, any time and any place.

Good evening.

Hi Vicky!

Yes, I do understand this is a discussion board, but I do not understand your statement: "Copy and paste stuff, and links to another site is not discussion."
I look around on this board and find several copy and paste stuff, and also links to other facilities and boards. So, what is the problem with me that you felt that I needed to have that statement pointed out. Do I have fewer privileges on the board than others?
Have I misread the board’s policies on posting? If I have please let me know! I will abide by the rules.
Have a nice evening, Vicky!
Pete
