Can anyone give me the short version? I don't have two-and-a-half hours available to me. I've read about the 13 blood lines (anything with the number "13" AND "Illuminati" attached to it has to be spooky!). I suppose I could be misled...you know, "conditioned" by the illuminati-like dark forces of the world; but how is one to really know? Suppose people who believe in illuminati-like dark forces are the ones who are deceived...or even at the forefront - and working pawns of the deception?
I think I have the best tool to cut through the garbage. I ask Jehovah if he will help me to be more discerning. Then I sit down and and evaluate my day and the things I have heard or read. Suddenly, BS looks like BS. I knew it all along; but I'm still plagued by the perverse desire to please people I don't even really care for. I might nod my head a lot...but inside, it's saying: "This is all crap-o-rama."
Jesus said: keep it simple. satan says: let's complicate the world so that wrong seems right. I go with the simple rule: if it's complicated, it's probably wrong. People are too stupid to create such a mystery...and if dark forces of the spirit realm created it, people are still too stupid to translate. All the devil is trying to do is get people to care so much about what's going on, they misplace their loyalties. There's an old football strategy used to combat fakes and jukes and misdirections: "stay at home." That is, despite what your opponent does, hold your ground. It works!

I watched the video but I did find it a bit suspect. I mean how can there be a genealogy tracing the illuminate all the way back to Nimrod? Even the Jews have lost their record of genealogy. Plus the guy although he sounded very convincing didn’t give anything much at all in the way of references allowing the viewer to check out his rather unbelievable statements.

No it’s a board me and Donbodo have set up together. You are registered Gus but there is a problem with the e mail system on it at the moment. We are trying to get the moderators set up before we activate everyone. Then it will allow people to sign in and post. It will have a bit of a wider audience than this board as it will be aimed at Christians of any denomination as well as JWs former and current of course. Thus the topics discussed will be wider as well. It will start soon and we will e mail everyone registered when it does.

Overcoming Depression.
Depression is a disease. Not unlike any other disease, the "job" of depression is to kill the sufferer. Like cancer, or any other life-threatening disease, left untreated, depression will achieve its goal. "Knowledge is power." This is particularly true when it comes to depression. There is so much good medical, psychiatric, and psychological information readily available in this information age, that we all owe it to ourselves to be fully "armed" with such information; and, fully armed with good coping skills.
Actually, I enjoyed the comments by Beau (DP) and Gus much more than my own.
