I’m going through some personal problems at the moment. Don’t want to say what they are but was wondering if anyone reading this might remember to say a prayer for me if that’s ok. It is causing me some depression and stress. I need a little more faith as well as I have been praying a lot myself concerning it. Of course may Jehovah’s will be done. Thanks in advance.
Brian.
Hey there my li'l baby bro ... :D:hibye:

We've been wondering where you were ... manirus has been trying to get a hold of you for a couple of days but you haven't been 'around' ... :(

We thought that you might be feeling down ... and so you have already been in my prayers my brother ...:friends:

What are 'friends' and 'family' for ... :grouphug::cheekkiss::hug:

I'm sorry that you haven't been feeling so well my brother ... it has been a hard time has it not ...? :(

But always in our God's strength we will find the way through it ... even if the 'way' seems a bit long and meandering at present ... :(

As long as we KEEP ON WALKING, FIGHTING, PRAYING, SEARCHING and so one we WILL SEE LIGHT ...

For the light is NEVER GONE :bulb::idea:... it just seems to be hidden for a while doesn't it ...

So, my voice will be heard among many others I'm sure as we are there for you in this sad time ...:friends: :grouphug:

Luv to you my brother ... your big sis BR :sheepy: :bouncyhearts:

Dear Brian,

I ran across this prayer, and wondered who it was for. Then I read your post, and I knew Jehovah wanted me to share it with you. I hope this helps.

Prayer for Those Who Are Depressed

Heavenly Father,

When it seems that we are actually, finally at our wits' end... and we've seen the end of all that we can do, that is when you are at your nearest, your most miraculous, your best. Sometimes, the road we trudge seems destined to be dusty and desolate forever. And yet, just around the corner, just over the next hill, we see new life, we see hope. I pray for this hope for those who [are depressed].

May you bring them what they need, that they may once again be dancing on this earth.

Amen.
I will be praying for you Bro,, I go in and out of the big D myself.
(((((((Brian!))))))))) :friends:

You are already there, dear, and now with specifics!

I don't know too many people who've not been touched by depression... the society in which we live almost demands it as the response of sensitive people, which we definitely are. I feel like it's by the power of God's spirit alone that we can still see and feel the hope beyond what this world wants us to imagine. And that's a big reason for joy. Hang in there, love - we're all hangin' on together - :grouphug:

:hug:You're in my heart, mind and prayers...
Your friend in faith, willa
:peace:

You are doing a grand work hear brother and if Paul could speak to you this is what he would say

15 That is why I also, since I have heard of the faith YOU have in the Lord Jesus and toward all the holy ones, 16 do not cease giving thanks for YOU. I continue mentioning YOU in my prayers, 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give YOU a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the accurate knowledge of him; 18 the eyes of YOUR heart having been enlightened, that YOU may know what is the hope to which he called YOU, what the glorious riches are which he holds as an inheritance for the holy ones, 19 and what the surpassing greatness of his power is toward us believers. Eph 1:15,18

Being anxious can rob us of all our strength. Whatever type of problem we may be facing, there is a positive side. One-man views a pint of beer half empty the other half full, another man says there is light at the end of the tunnel, another says but there could be a train coming. How we view our problem is vitally important. I know you are a mature brother yet we still need to be reminded by our Lord how to think. Notice what Paul said here and take it personally please.
. “Do not be anxious over anything,” the apostle Paul admonished, “but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6, 7)

Paul was well qualified to say the above and at times he needed a little word from his brothers. Remember Paul was beset by “anxiety for all the congregations.” (2 Corinthians 11:28) Jesus was in such agony on the night preceding his death that “his sweat became as drops of blood falling to the ground.” (Luke 22:44) Even Jesus needed to be helped with words from an angel.

King David wrote: “When my disquieting thoughts became many inside of me, your own consolations began to fondle my soul.” (Psalm 94:19) “consolations” are to be found where, in the Bible? Regularly consulting the Bible will help to preserve the peace of the Christ in your heart.

“Throw your burden upon Jehovah himself, and he himself will sustain you. Never will he allow the righteous one to totter.” (Psalm 55:22)

You are valued here and many will pray for you even though they don’t say it. So ““Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God; he will come and save you.”—Isa. 35:3, 4

Keep up the good work in the Lord brother.
