Today I was reading about someone who was having a really hard time with life...:help:....
Yet they had so much gratitude of the things they saw in this life despite the obstacles, the pain and suffering.

So I thought I would start a thread about things we could truly be grateful for, the big and the small... as many or as little feel free to express your gratitude!

Thank you ahead of time!

Gratitude is one of the greatest modes of thinking that exist. I am gratefull you made this thread. I am gratefull that we have been given the chance to express love of our own. I am gratefull for all the wonders of nature. I am gratefull for all the god-given things in my life and i am gratefull for our father his bottomless heart of love.

That summarizes a lot i can think of right now.
well--I have had a hard two days--my brother is really ill and I mean really ill and at the same time a dear Uncle newly diagnosed with leukemia And melanoma yet tonight sitting here at home I am soo grateful for all of You friends and this site which offers such a warm and constant companionship And don't laugh But I am grateful for the beautiful sounds of the crickets and bull frogs coming in off the pond behind my home--they are So noisey but it is music to me and something I have loved for a very long time. This time of year they are really loud and then as summer gets about half way through all is quiet and then it is so silent that it is weird and I miss them so--then in the fall it begins again. It is a really strange thing to have the first snowfall and hear the crickets chirping at the same time--we have so many things to be joyous and grateful about if we but take a moment and let them come to us-- :grouphug:
:read:I am grateful that Jehovah has given me the the gift of being able to get to know him and his dear son Jesus.I am grateful to know about all their marvelous qualities.I am grateful to be able to approach our father in prayer by means of his son.I am grateful for my family.I am grateful for all you dear brothers and sisters here on this board. Love Chris.
Gratitude and concentrating on what I am grateful for has gotten me through some very tough times. It seems to help me so much mentally. The best time to think on this is when life is "normal" and then get in the habit. I am grateful for the love of friends and family. Also the help and support from strangers. The multifaceted life I've had with so many experiences many times joyful. Right now I am facing some tough times so we talk about great memories that we have.

I am grateful to know I wasn't crazy when I thought so much was wrong in the organization. I wasn't going to die for being irregular in field service or missing meetings. I am grateful for being able to see the idolization of FDS and therefore transfer my faith to where it belongs with Jehovah and Christ Jesus.
