I'm watching "The Color Purple" for about the umpteenth time..but everytime I watch it I hear something new.......

Celie and Sugg are walking in the field of purple flowers...and they are talking about love....Sugg tells celie...that everyone needs to be loved, even the flowers and the trees....and the thought came to me how love really is the key to life...its showing our love that keeps us alive just as sure as a beautiful tree or flower is kept alive by our caring for it...it flourishes of course Jehovah being the great sustainer of all life....because He first loved us....

Well just thought to share a thought with you good folks.....

take care

yes Sandi--what you say is exactly true--Love Is The Cure  the awareness of that grows stronger in me all the time :rose:
Are you only getting it now?

The primary subroutines of Jesus mind were the 2 commandments he told us. It is very simple. Love god with all you have, and love everyone else as much as yourself. Let me spell it out for you, everything is about Ell Oo Vee Ee, LOVE. If you don't know what to do, look at what our love moves us to do. When we do things out of love, it is from Jehovah our God.
God is love, if we stay in love, god stays with us and we stay with God (1 John 4:8) our father whom gave childbearing not to himself the father but to the women (in this case) Jesus. Jesus in turn marries his wife the church of true christians Eph 5:31-32 God gave childbearing to the weaker part and it is through love that a baby is conceived. All marriage and human man-women intercourse will be no more, all our intimacies will be with Jehovah our God (Luke 20:34-38)! We get to bear the child and we will have the pangs of distress, but we will forget it completely the instant we hold our baby in our hands and our husband will be there with us:hug: (Ephesians 5:31-32 Hosea 2:16 Ezechiel 6:8-14) <-- :read:READ :read:THESE:read: VERSES:read:!:cheer::cheer:

Sex with god.
:bouncy:Are you getting it, :bouncy:really getting it?:bouncy:
Thanks everyone, if I have a religious doctrine it would be 1 Corinthians chapter 13 (whole chapter) to me it says it all. Also 1 Peter chapter 5:5-11 especially. Wonderful thoughts, thanks again for sharing.

But God

I know not, but God knows; Oh, blessed rest from fear!
All my unfolding days to Him are plain and clear.
Each anxious, puzzled "why?" from doubt or dread that grows,
Finds answer in this thought: I know not, BUT HE KNOWS!

I cannot, but God can; Oh, balm for all my care!
The burden that I drop His Hand will lift and bear,
Though eagle pinions tire, I walk where once I ran,
This is my strength to know I cannot, BUT HE CAN!

I see not, but God sees; Oh, all sufficient light!
My dark and hidden way to Him is always bright.
My strained and peering eyes may close in restful ease,
And I in peace my sleep; I see not, BUT HE SEES!

This year I made it my goal to systematically study and write on the fruitage of the Spirit listed in Galatians 6:22,23, month by month.   This month I'm on love and the study has been incredible.   I can't wait to share with others.   But briefly the more I read and the more I experience it the more I'm convinced that the deity/godhead/divine quality can be summed up in one word - L-O-V-E.   God is love.  The fullness of God's love was manifest in Jesus.   Jesus showed us the invisible Father by revealing his love.  And as the body of Christ that same love can exist and grow within us.   Powerful stuff.  :heartbeat:
