A young brother in our congregation partook of the emblems this year (age 30) Will we see an increase in the world-wide partakers this year because of the new change of thought.

I think that ... yes ... there may certainly be an increase ... if indeed they publish that info next year ...;)
I feel that this may be so because more and more are seeing that it isn't about 'who is going to heaven' is the reason we partake ...
But that we recognize that we need and value the ransom of Christ Jesus and that we are commanded by him to do so ... as members of the new covenant ... a covenant made for sinful man to be able to have an approved standing and access before and to God by means of Jesus ransom ... and the hope of living in the kingdom of God ... whether it is of the heavenly or earthly part!
Also, there are many who partook ... but just didn't do it at the kingdom hall ... and so if you included those ones as well ...

Can I ask you a question please? Did you take the bread and wine this year? If yes was it at the KH?
Is their many brothers and sisters on this forum that have the heavenly hope?
Yes I did ... this year and last ... and I must say that for the first time in my life I REALLY FELT as if I were REMEMBERING ... CELEBRATING ... the self-less death of our Lord ...
No I did not celebrate it at the KH ... MY reasons for not doing so (and please do not think this has anything to do with anyone else, nor whatever they may choose to do ... this is just my PERSONAL feelings ... everyone has their own and for them it is right) is that knowing what the 'ceremonial procedure' represents ... I couldn't go there and do it ... as I would feel that I am doing something wrong ... FOR ME ...
I have celebrated it online with my spiritual family and I LOVE doing so ...:heartbeat::heartbeat: for it is more HEARTFELT in my opinion ... and not so 'ritualistic' or 'formal' ...
I personally do NOT feel I am of the heavenly hope ... but I do know that others here feel ... or hope ... that that is their hope ... :D

We look at the hope as Jesus said, we hope to receive everlasting life.

The term "truly, truly", or "most truly", Jesus is stressing the TRUTH of his words to us!
Then remember YHWH spoke from heaven and said "this is my Son, LISTEN to him!" He has PERSONALLY told us to LISTEN to Christ!

I want to ask everyone Why? Why do you think they have made this CHANGE?
For ONE single reason. The orginal men who 'claimed' the ruling postions in the gov't body are now to old and are dying off and these spots MUST be filled. Thus the change is so new YOUNGER men can step up to the throne.
